Mission Impossible
Target: Cell Phone
Purpose: Bitch
As many of you may know, I have been struggling to find my perfect cell phone. I haven't been able to let go of this Treo I currently have. It's really a great phone, but with the problems it has been giving me as of late I just have to move on. Main fault being that it freezes for several hours (4 to be exact) when more than one person tries to send a text/make a call at the same time. Telegrams are a more effective form of communication in comparison to my shitty ass phone. Pardon my French. I'm dealing with a lot right now. I have committment issues. It's a fact. I hate being tied down to a specific cell phone carrier for a given amount of time. Two years is a long time be kept in a binding contract, and being charged a fee to get out of said contract is a load of lard on a stick. Luckily, I am able to tolerate my cellular provider and am somewhat satisfied with the service. I just don't understand the whole two year upgrade thing. With new models of the same phone releasing as often as rabbits reproduce, I think its even more lard on a stick to make me wait months for a certain phone to drop, purchase it, only to see an updated version being released two weeks later and then have my upgrade price ineligible for another two years because I refuse to pay retail on a cell phone. I like the iPhone, its probably the worst cell phone but the best hand-held computer, with its innovative approach to providing different enhancements through The App store, but I blame AT&T for the spotty service. Now if the iPhone was available with my provider I would not be having this dilemma as to a find me a replacement phone. Another point I can't get over is that the United States is the only market in the world (to my knowledge) that requires you to have a specific phone for that specific carrier. But if we took a 7 hour flight across the Atlantic or a 14 hour flight across the Pacific we would experience free market competition at its finest where consumers can pick and choose their phone and provider. But we live in a society where antitrust legislations are enforced and the economy is regulated by the government. Whatever happened to Darwin's theory of 'survival of the fittest'? Isn't that applicable to business practices as well? I'm a complete supporter of economic liberalism and Laissez-faire capitalism and I believe that the economic natural order would be restored with minimal legislative interference.
Ahh, if I only ruled the country. Might have to travel down a yellow brick road and visit a certain wizard for that one...
(Realized I went on a complete tangent with this post. Finding a new phone --> Capitalism --> The Wizard of Oz)
Remember How I Said I Needed A New Phone...
iPhone 3GS Supreme. Cast in solid 22k gold encrusted with 68ct worth of diamonds. Will only cost you a mere $3.2m or £1.92m/¥273m/41m pesos. This would be a perfect Christmas present for me if you haven't gotten a gift yet. Better yet, f*ck an engagement ring,I'll take this phone.
I Wish I Had The Patience For This
Side by side comparison:
The only thing I was capable of building with Legos was a 2x3 block...*sigh*
Chris Barz "School Aint Workin"
I can really relate to this track produced by Best Kept Secret. Check it out. 'Class [Sickz] Out The Dark' drops December 25th.

Secret Lives Of The Freemasons "Life Begins At 40 oz" Vido
I've been to several of their shows and I've never been disappointed. Brings back a lot of mosh pit memories...
Happy Turkey Day!
I have so much to be thankful for. I wont list them all, but just know that I'll never take my blessings for granted. Special shout to my peeps for sending multiple texts simultaneously and causing my phone to crash, Bill Gates for creating such a terrible Windows OS phone and my mother for having 75% of our Thanksgiving meal catered. Best decision yet. You're a terrible cook but a great mom. With that being said I hope your holiday is as.....interesting as mine. Let's worry tomorrow about caloric intake...or never.

Lupe Fiasco 'Enemy Of The State: A Love Story' Mixtape
No one has ever given me a Thanksgiving present before. I advise you to cop this now. RIGHT NOW. If I dont respond to texts or phone calls it's because this mixtape will be occupying all of my attention, and my phone is frozen. Sorry.
**UPDATE
I am 7 minutes and 10 seconds into the mixtape and this is straight FIRE. (How ironic that hes going in on Lil Wayne's 'Fireman' beat as we speak)
That is all.
Trey Songz ft. Soulja Boy & Gucci Mane "LOL :-)" Video
I understand the concept of wanting to get fans involved, but this video is just terrible. Eh. I guess Gucci decided to recycle the same director, or atleast the budget used in the "Shirt Off Video" (below)

Dear Serena,
I know you probably wont see this, but I had to write it. Happy birthday baby sister. I love you with all of myself. Words can not explain how much you move me. You see the world through such innocent eyes, that I can not help but keep you in my heart. You give me hope and reassurance that goodness does exist. I know it might sound twisted but I look up to you. You inspire me to be the best person I can be and for that I am thankful. I am so thankful to I have you in my life, you and Crystal. And I promise no matter how far I go, it is you I hold closest.
Love always.

Mood: Christmas
I know "Christmas" is a noun, but for the purpose of this post's title, let's just assume it can also be an adjective. On that note, I AM TOO FREAKIN EXCITED FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!! (Okay I overdosed on the enthusiasm but all this excitement can't be contained in this body. Patience is not one of my few virtues.) Everywhere I go I'm reminded that Christmas is just around the corner. I received my Neiman Marcus Christmas Book several weeks ago but have never got around to actually browse through it. (It puts a damper on my mood when I realize I can't afford a $20 million submarine.) Then it goes like this: Lose copy. Find copy, only to lose it again. Find copy! Unfortunate caramel macchiato accident on copy. No worries though, the print and photos are still legible. It just smells like the inside of a Starbucks shop. On the subject of Starbucks, I have yet to savor a hot caramel apple spice latte, a sure fire sign of the holidays. Thanksgiving in two days. Um yes. Out of 365 days, it's the only day where I can be a fatkid and not be judged. Then it's the continuous Christmas radio music with Delilah and her beautiful smooth as butter voice. I will be the one blasting Frank Sinatra through the Rockfords. I think it's just a great feeling, enjoying the holidays, whether it be Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa or none of the above. And it's even better having a special someone to share it with. Too bad my betta fish can't sip hot chocolate with me by the fireplace...I really need a boo. Can I just borrow one for the season? 1-800-RENT-A-DUDE? (Stamp and copyright) That's my next project.

It Can't Be
I cried when I saw this obscenity. Push up bras, butt pads, soy milk. The world has enough posers and optical illusions. When will the madness end?
